What is the best advice for my husband and I who are trying to conceive?

tracking ovulation days is quite frustrating and takes the excitement and fun out of being with husband (at least for me) although it may increase your chances of becoming pregnant, either way it will happen eventually. I have three daughters and never did anything to ';make'; it happen, but I am finding myself trying so hard this time, so my advice is not to get caught up in trying so hard but relax and let it happen and it will!!! Good Luck! What is the best advice for my husband and I who are trying to conceive?
the only thing that actually worked for me-

having an orgasim before your partner greatly increases your chances of becoming pregnant, this is because when you have an orgasim your body creates more fluid the increased fluid helps the sperm to reach the egg much faster. since sperm lifespan is only about 72 hours it's key to get the sperm further along before their ';deadline';. you can email me if you have any other questions. What is the best advice for my husband and I who are trying to conceive?
Don't buy tests to try for a BFP unless you have actually missed your period.

Have sex for the sake of having sex once in a while. Take prenatal vitamins and have him take a good men's vitamin. Don't plan your life around expecting a baby within 9 months, year, etc. It doesn't happen with the best plans.

Good luck and don't spend too much time on here when you have just gotten AF that month. Remember it can take on average a year for the couple to conceive.
Don't think about, forget the routines, forget hormones, forget all that and just do it naturally. I know it's hard to NOT think about it but I did and my partner and I are due 31st of December. I used to constantly think about it and never got pregnant then when we gave up and just enjoyed each other then it happened.

You'll get there! Good luck!
Go buy the book ';Taking Charge of Your Fertility.'; I had been on birth control for 10 years. Stopped taking it, read the book and followed what it said and was pregnant within a month. Good luck!
no stress, eat healthy, exercise, take folic acid and vitamins, drink green tea,no alcohol, use pillow during sex, lay down at least 20 min after sex
You should start taking prenatal pills while you are TTC. That is just to help.

Have sex like crazy. Really, just have fun and don't stress.
