What is the best advice you can give a pregnant woman?

This is my first pregnancy. I'm 8 weeks and I'm clueless! I'm excited but nervous at the same time. Whats the best advice you can give me besides the obvious to take care of myself. BTW I'm 32 years old and i'm finally going to be a mom!!!! :D So excited! What is the best advice you can give a pregnant woman?
Just try to stay as stress free as possible and watch your diet. Every first time mom is excited and nervous at the same time. I'm 31 weeks and my little man is right around the corner, and I can't wait to see him yet so worried I'm going to do something wrong. Be happy and enjoy these next 9 months. Good luckWhat is the best advice you can give a pregnant woman?
First of all... CONGRATULATIONS!!

I have 4 children and the best advice I can give you is:

1.Listen to your instincts. If you think something is wrong, don't hesitate to go to the doctor and/or voice your opinion.

2. As much as they want to think so, doctors are not gods. If the doctor tells you something that you don't feel right about, find another one.

3.If you need help, don’t be too proud to ask.

4.Most importantly, love that baby with everything you have. It’s so worth it.
Relax! Enjoy every minute of watching your belly grow and make sure you take pictures. Have your significant other give you a foot rub every night, it feels great when your feet get swollen. OH! Go to babies r us, they give you a list of stuff to register for or buy and it really helped me out as I was clueless too. Some of the things are unnecessary but you can be the one to decide which ones are a must. Good luck and congratulations.

Try to enjoy it, don't get too excited about seeing the baby. Pregnancy is hard, but enjoy every moment of it. Chances are, you won't be the lucky few who go early or on their due date. Don't be disappointed. Oh, and get a pedicure before you go into labor!
first things first CONGRATS!!!! my advice, any questions dont be afriad to ask your doctor... dont do any heavy lifting, dont put yourself in any stressful situations. make sure your not around smoke, for long periods of time, and mostly just enjoy your pregnancy =)
Try to relax as much as possible and enjoy your pregnancy. Take a lot of pictures so your baby can see how much you changed in the future. Being pregnant is hard at times but just enjoy it while you can its a great experience.
LoL The best advice I can give you is ';This too shall pass'; The ';joys'; of pregnancy suck sometimes but it goes by fast when you look back at it...looking forward at it, it takes FOREVER.

Good Luck!
Don't believe every commercial on tv. Do your research and don't be a blind sheep.
Go to bed early. Sleep in in the mornings. Take afternoon naps. Soon-----you'll be sleep deprived!
